Soap Base

Our factory lines enable us to produce up to 2.500 tons of soap per year. These are the sorts of soap bases we produce:

  • “palm free” soap, 100% vegetable
  • palm coconut 80/20 RSPO SG from palm oil RSPO certificated for food industry palm / coconut 80/20 soap, without preservatives of chemical origin
  • tallow/coconut 80/20 soap, no preservatives of chemical origin
  • palm / coconut / shea butter soap, (customizable up to a 40% shea butter composition), processable on the vacuum duplex plodder (1.500 kg/h)
  • palm /coconut / olive soap, (customizable up to client request) processable on the vacuum duplex plodder (1.500 kg/h)
  • 100% olive oil soap, processable on the vacuum duplex plodder (1.500 kg/h)
  • palm / palm kernel soap, BHT and EDTA free
  • 100% olive olein soap (specific basis for the industrial textile washing process) processable on the vacuum duplex plodder (1.500 kg/h)
  • tallow / coconut soap, laundry soap

We offer a personalization service of the formulations, as well as the use of specific preservatives
